The Wyoming Association of County Officers offers opportunities for companies to become sponsors of the annual conference. Conference sponsors are appreciated by all WACO members and are noted in the conference materials given to participants, as well as verbally recognized at the WACO General Session.
The 2021 WACO Conference will be held at CAM-PLEX Multi-Event Facility in Gillette on September 21-23, 2021.
Sponsors may pay a fee to be assigned a booth at the conference where they can display company information, pass out items and meet county elected officials from around the state. Reduced fees are available to those sponsors that register prior to September 1, 2021.
Booth Sponsor – $500 ($600 after 9/1/21) – 1 booth, 2 attendees at Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, and Banquet
Booth set-up will be on Tuesday, September 21 anytime between 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and booth tear down will be Thursday, September 23 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Most booth visitation will occur on Wednesday, September 22.
Companies that do not wish to exhibit at a booth still have opportunities for sponsorship, including conference breaks, lunches, and the conference banquet. Sponsors receive benefits based on the amount of sponsorship provided, as shown below. Sponsorship fees listed here do not include a sponsor booth.
Event Sponsor – $400 – 1 attendee at Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, and Banquet
Bronze Sponsor – $500 – 2 attendees at Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, and Banquet
Silver Lunch Sponsor – $750 – 3 attendees at Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, and Banquet, priority listing of company logo on lunch sponsor list and banner
Gold Banquet Sponsor – $1000 – 4 attendees at Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, and Banquet, priority listing of company logo on banquet sponsor list and banner
