Sponsorship Opportunities

 The Wyoming Association of County Officers (WACO) offers opportunities for companies to become sponsors of the annual conference. Conference sponsors are appreciated by all WACO members and are noted in the conference materials given to participants, as well as verbally recognized during the WACO conference.

The 2025 WACO Conference will be held at the Sweetwater Events Complex in Rock Springs on September 23-25, 2025.

 

Sponsorship Information

(Please note- All conference registration will close on 9/12/25)

 Companies may sponsor a booth at the conference where they can display information, pass out materials and meet county elected officials from across the state.

 Booth Sponsor – $500 ($600 after 9/3/25) – 1 booth, 2 attendees at the Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, and Banquet.

 

Booth set-up will be on Tuesday, September 23 anytime between 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and booth tear down will be on Thursday, September 25 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Most booth visitation will occur on Wednesday, September 24th.

Companies that do not wish to exhibit at a booth still have opportunities to sponsor WACO, including conference breaks, lunches, and the banquet. Sponsors receive benefits based on the amount of sponsorship provided, as shown below.

Bronze: $500 – 2 attendees to Wednesday and Thursday Lunch, and Banquet

Silver: $750 – 3 attendees to Wednesday and Thursday Lunch, and Banquet

Gold: $1,000 – 4 attendees to Wednesday and Thursday Lunch, and Banquet

Lunch Sponsor: $2,500 – Booth, 4 attendees to Wednesday and Thursday Lunch, and Banquet

Banquet Sponsor: $3,000 – Booth, 6 attendees to Wednesday and Thursday Lunch, and Banquet
