Sponsor Information

The Wyoming Association of County Officers (WACO) offers opportunities for companies to become sponsors of the annual conference. Conference sponsors are appreciated by all WACO members and are noted in the conference materials given to participants, as well as verbally recognized during the WACO conference.

The 2026 WACO Conference will be held at the UW Conference Center in Laramie on September 22-24, 2026.

 Sponsorship Information

(Please note- All conference registration will close on 9/13/26)

 Companies may sponsor a booth at the conference where they can display information, pass out materials and meet county elected officials from across the state.

 Booth set-up will be on Tuesday, September 22 anytime between 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and booth tear down will be on Thursday, September 24 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Most booth visitation will occur on Wednesday, September 23rd.

 Gold Sponsor – $1,000 – Booth, Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, Banquet, and   listing of company logo on the sponsor banner (3 attendees)

 Red, White & Blue Sponsor – $2,500 – Booth, Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch,   Banquet & listing of company logo on the sponsor banner (4 attendees)

 All American Sponsor – $3,000 – Booth, Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, Banquet,   & listing of company logo on the sponsor banner (6 attendees)
