Sponsor Information

The Wyoming Association of County Officers (WACO) offers opportunities for companies to become sponsors of the annual conference. Conference sponsors are appreciated by all WACO members and are noted in the conference materials given to participants, as well as verbally recognized during the WACO conference.

The 2026 WACO Conference will be held at the UW Conference Center in Laramie on September 22-24, 2026.

 Sponsorship Information

(Please note- All conference registration will close on 9/13/26)

 Companies may sponsor a booth at the conference where they can display information, pass out materials and meet county elected officials from across the state.

 Booth Sponsor – $750 ($850 after 9/3/26) – 1 booth, 2 attendees at the Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, and Banquet.

 Booth set-up will be on Tuesday, September 22 anytime between 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. and booth tear down will be on Thursday, September 24 from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.  Most booth visitation will occur on Wednesday, September 23rd.

Companies that do not wish to exhibit at a booth still have opportunities to sponsor WACO, including conference breaks, lunches, and the banquet. Sponsors receive benefits based on the amount of sponsorship provided, as shown below. 

 Sponsorship levels listed below do not include a sponsor booth.

 Bronze Sponsor – $500 – Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, and Banquet (2 attendees)

 Silver Sponsor – $750 – Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, Banquet, priority listing of company logo on the conference banner (3 attendees)

 Gold Banquet Sponsor – $1,000 – Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, Banquet, and priority listing of company logo on the banquet banner (4 attendees)

 Lunch Sponsor – $2,500 – Booth, Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, Banquet, Priority listing of company logo on the sponsor banner (4 attendees)

 Banquet Sponsor – $3,000 – Booth, Wednesday Lunch, Thursday Lunch, Banquet, Priority listing of company logo on the sponsor banner (6 attendees)
